1 cup organic coconut milk, full-fat
1 cup cauliflower, riced
1/3 cup fresh organic raspberries
3 drops liquid Stevia
3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut, shredded
Mix together cauliflower and coconut milk and pour in a pot.
Cook over medium heat until cauliflower warms up and add raspberries.
Mash the raspberries and stir in coconut and Stevia.
Cover the lid and cook for about 10 minutes.
Dish into a bowl and serve warm.
