Spinach Salad

Serves: 2 

Prep Time: 10 mins 

Ingredients :      

1 oz. bacon, chopped       

2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped       

3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, finely grated      

3 cups fresh spinach       

2 tablespoons olive oil 

Directions :

Divide the spinach into 8 salad plates evenly and add eggs and bacon.  

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil to serve.
