Spaghetti Squash Hash Browns

Ingredients  :      

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste        

1 cup spaghetti squash        

2 tablespoons avocado oil, for frying       

1/3 cup sour cream       

1/3 cup green onions 

Directions :

Season the spaghetti squash with sea salt and black pepper.  

Add green onions and sour cream and form into patties.  

Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat and add patties.  

Fry until golden brown from both sides and dish out to serve.
